I know this is more Wilson-centric, but technically it’s their dishes. The episode is actually “The Greater Good” 5.14.
I do take requests, but sometimes lag in filling them.

30 days of TV: Favourite TV friendship
House and Wilson. Hilson. Bromance to the extreme. They make me happy and I really truly enjoy their friendship. I love how Wilson is always there for House, and that he puts up with him through everything. And that House does his best to support and help his friend in every way he can. He does. When you think about it. But I feel if anyone did this and chose Hilson they would say the same thing. So I won’t go into how I love that. But I love the chemistry between RSL and Hugh. I love the wittyness of their back and forth conversations. I love how Wilson’s eyebrows do a little something special when he’s talking to House. I love how often their possible gayness has been brought up through the seasons. “Oh My God. You’re sleeping with me.” “I’m gay. Oh! That’s not what you meant. It does explain a lot though. No girlfriend, always with Wilson, obsession with sneakers.” “Why not? Why not date you? It’s brilliant. We’ve known each other for years, we’ve put up with all kinds of crap from each other, and we keep coming back. We’re a couple.” As much as i love their romantic relationship, (if not canon, the one in my head) I will always love their friendship even more. Hugh and RSL always note how they’re the only 2 that have actually chosen each other, everyone else on the show works for, works directly with, or is the boss of someone else. Not House and Wilson. They have a friendship. A real, not forced, loving friendship.
